At the Full Plate Diner, the special of the day is always soul food, but tonight, the main course is the truth. When a tragic hit-and-run claims her best friend, a diner owner takes the son left behind, only to realize that the secrets of the past are far more dangerous than the grief of the present.

Chain Link Media developed this short film, "Through The Mirror Darkly", in concert with Alijoh Entertainment Works. This film is about Constance, a complex and troubled woman; her past is closing in, and she must make a change or risk succumbing to her darker impulses. Haunted by the emotional baggage of her childhood, Constance's pain is deeply ingrained at the forefront of her psyche.
